NoHoW researcher Marta Marques from the University of Lisbon presented NoHoW at the 2nd Behaviour Change Conference: Digital Health and Wellbeing in London on 25 Feb 2016. The conference brought together experts in the science of behaviour change, health, and technology, with a focus on developing and evaluating digital interventions and products.
Marking the end of our first year, the team had a successful meeting 18 – 19 Feb in Málaga. We reviewed what we’ve learned so far through our weight loss maintenance survey and qualitative interviews, and thought about how to apply these learnings to the project. NoHoW was presented at the 11th National Congress on Health Psychology on 27 Jan 2016 in Lisbon. Marta Marques from the University of Lisbon gave a talk entitled ‘Development of digital tools for long-term weight management: The NoHoW project’ in a symposium targeting theoretically-based behavioral change interventions.
